So far, so good. I should do an updated show and tell soon.Deborahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16370393893728279355noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5893266465754331030.post-45359057250169970222009-03-13T09:21:00.000-06:002009-03-13T09:21:00.000-06:00I know how my kids are with their closets and I kn...I know how my kids are with their closets and I know that I would not want to share one with them. (cheaper than dressers) One for shirts, one for pants and one for jammies. The socks and underwear are kept together in a drawer. It eliminates folding (what kid needs wrinkle free clothes?!?!) Oh...Sunday Best is hung up. Anyway. NONE of it is in their room where they have access to pull everything out of drawers and dump out hampers. Luckily I have a spare room with a door lock to keep them out! IT WORKS GREAT!!!
And all of their toys are kept in a separate room as well which is the "play room"! The only thing in my boys room in their bed. Pillows. Blankets. Nightlight. Always clean!! :) (okay...beds not always made...but hey! I'm human!)Nataliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11634166340747660873noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5893266465754331030.post-389899138234872172009-03-05T15:06:00.000-07:002009-03-05T15:06:00.000-07:00I think that it would drive me crazy, that's just ...I think that it would drive me crazy, that's just the way I am. Of course we have used the closet in Hadden's room for 3 years, maybe that is why the idea turns me off.Fun Family Timeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15037389516077279823noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5893266465754331030.post-58545385095918889352009-03-05T12:45:00.000-07:002009-03-05T12:45:00.000-07:00Wht a great idea to have a family closet. If I would have heard about it sooner, perhaps I would have designed it into our new home.

I still think there needs to be a closet for storage in each bedroom, so that there can be a place for everything and the room doesn't become a throw-all room.Lorileehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13061505085780501661noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5893266465754331030.post-61742205890993188722009-03-04T21:56:00.000-07:002009-03-04T21:56:00.000-07:00The thing that has always confused me is this: ho...The thing that has always confused me is this: how exactly does it function? Do you walk in in your panties and get your clothes? Do you carry fresh clothes into the bathroom when you shower and that is where you change? Is your nightgown in your room or in the family closet during the day? We just have one hamper and it is in our room, though, so whatever works...Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10624220090240391921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5893266465754331030.post-44792855539813354542009-03-04T16:15:00.000-07:002009-03-04T16:15:00.000-07:00I have seen washrooms with closets, I would do it ...I have seen washrooms with closets, I would do it in a heartbeat if I had built my washroom.
