What can I say I am a bit biased as she is my husband's first cousin, but she is a very amazing artist, and an even more amazing friend and person. I have known Stephanie for about 20 years, wow! And it has been so fun to see how she has grown and matured as this awe-inspiring, and humble artist. She's also a wife and mother of 2 (not a wife of 2, just to clear that up).
I wasn't planning on making this a Roast for her, but she has such awesome skills. If her beautiful one of a kind jewelry or paintings don't catch your eye (you're probably blind), then her thoughtful and deep words with move you both body, and spirit. Here is one of the most thought provoking posts, the part about "What if" is especially amazing, but it's just a drop in the bucket, there are so many pearls of wisdom here.
Her pieces can be found all over the world, as she has traveled teaching about, but not limited to repurposing junk metal into beautiful art to wear. She also does some awesome renditions on canvas as well. She just recently taught in Australia among other places last year, and has a full schedule of classes spanning from Washington state to Virginia.
You can see one of her pieces here found in Kelly Rae Roberts home. Kelly Rae is an awesome artist and author and inspiring decorator too!!
You will also be happy to know she has a book, Semiprecious Salvage. Umm, yeah, HELLO!!! An awesome book with all of her secrets, her how to's and her beautiful writings, and beautiful eye candy.
I am soooo thrilled to see her and her beautiful family in 2 wks, I can't wait.
You can find more info on her book here at Amazon.
I love you STAYFUNNY!!! *HUGS*
