Keepers

So, when you think of a "Keeper" you might think I am referring to some position in the Harry Potter Quidditch match, but nope, it is an alternative to a tampon or maxi pad, but it's not disposable. ummm, interesting. Another word for them is a "Diva Cup". I just read about it here and you can order one here and read even more about them. I just thought I'd share that little bit of info with ya'all. I'd never ever heard of them before, has anyone else?

I thought this too, but my SIL said it in her comments... good for your year's supply, I agree, thank you :)

I just heard of them for the first time last month. Don't know anyone who uses one, though, so I didn't buy one.

I found you when I was tracking down your comments on using powdered beans in your bread on Food Storage Made Easy. There seems to be no way to email you on your blog, so I left a comment. That's who I am...I like your blog, so I subscribed...

I guess I am behind on things, because I have no idea what you are talking about. :) Lovely topic by the way. . . ha ha ha. So if I am getting it right, is it a cup that just catches the "crimson wave" each month? If I'm not even close on what this was about then. . . oops. :)

Emily, yep, that's what they are, they take a few months of getting used to. My daughter and I use cloth, and we love them, they are 1 jillion times better than that toxic crap at the store... yep, my mommma was a hippie :) she used them to!
